We believe in straightforward, transparent pricing. Below are our self-pay rates for all services. If you plan to use insurance for clinical care, we verify your benefits prior to your first appointment.
Initial Mental Health Assessment
A comprehensive evaluation of your history, current symptoms, and goals to establish a diagnosis and tailored treatment plan.
Mental Health Follow-Up Visit
Ongoing support including psychiatric medication management and supportive psychotherapy to ensure you remain on track.
Bridge the Gap Consultation
Your initial deep-dive coaching session for career exploration, goal setting, and personal development mapping.
*Follow-up coaching rates vary based on customized needs.
Insurance & Payment
Clinical Services: We accept self-pay and participate with select insurance networks for our clinical mental health services. Our team will verify your insurance coverage and explain any co-pays, deductibles, or out-of-pocket costs prior to your first appointment.
Bridge the Gap Program: Coaching and career development services are strictly nonclinical. They are self-pay only and are not covered by or billed to insurance, including Medicaid or Medicare.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards (for eligible clinical services only).
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen, but we kindly request advance notice if you need to adjust your schedule.
- Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Frequent cancellations or no-shows may impact your ability to continue scheduling future appointments.
If you are running late for a telehealth or in-person visit, please call us as soon as possible to see if your appointment can still be accommodated.
